

Disclaimer: I'm not a vegan but I am trying to eat less meat. I bought these wheat gluten rolls ($1 per roll) from an Asian grocery store. I made a stir fry, very budget friendly and filling.
recipe for 1 serving:
2 wheat gluten rolls
1 long green chili
1 Fresno chili pepper
celery
garlic
sauce:
chili crisp oil
dark soy sauce
light soy sauce
sugar to taste
salt to taste
stir fry garlic. add wheat gluten, red and green chili. add sauce and stir fry for 5 mins. add celery and stir for another minute, I like my celery crunchy.
