
Made this for pot luck day at my store tomorrow. I knew I should have made a taste test run before tonight, and I wasn't sure how good it'd be.
Took a small test bowl and let me partner have the first bite. He finally says "Incredible." And we could not stop eating it – and this was after we had both dinner and dessert. Had to put the pot away to have enough for my employees. We'll be topping it with honey bourbon pulled pork tomorrow.
This was 24 ozs of noodles (macaroni and cavatappi), 24 ozs of evaporated milk, and 24 ozs of shredded cheddar cheese (2/3 medium, 1/3 sharp). Could not be more simple. Going to try this with white cheddar next.
