Fireside tawny port w/ carved Monte Nevado Spanish Jamón Ibérico de Bellota (aged 48 months minimum) & Vacherousse d’Argental / Oka / aged cheddar cheese [OC]

Tawny port & cheese is an amazing combination I wish I would have know about years ago, a highly recommended try. And the Spanish Iberian acorn fed dry cured ham from the leg is the biggest star of the snack plate, incredible stuff.
