Outside_Raspberry512 on April 5, 2026 2:42 am Basically disco fries with roasted mushrooms because I love mushrooms. If your wondering I used diced honey fungus mushrooms from my local farmers market but I’ve made this before with sliced portobellos or white mushrooms and it’s just as good!! 😊
