





– loopini has lupini beans for the dough base. there’s a lot of crust and it’s pretty thick compared to the sauce & cheese, so that made it a little dry/id recommend some hot sauce with it. reminded me of a thicker version of the magherita pizza I got at a local restaurant when I was little tho
– yough has Greek yogurt for the dough. this one had a better ratio (more cheese & sauce) but its not as sturdy, breads apart very easily and got stuck to sheet after it was done cooking
