Lunch: [439 calories] Chocolate granola with blueberries and Oikos Triple Zero vanilla yogurt. Dill pickle tuna sandwich with low calorie Sara Lee bread and some mayo. And I love Alani Nu.

Dinner: [227 calories] Behold my hyper fixation dinner. Instant pot chicken and rice with carrots and broccoli. I meal prepped this so it’s been my dinner all week. It’s so creamy and delish! Also I had my favorite zero sugar cola.

Dessert: [350 calories] I wanted this a lot so I kept my dinner light. Protein blueberry pancakes with bananas, unsalted butter, sugar free pancake syrup, and zero sugar cool whip.

Total: 1370 calories, 95g protein, 48g fat, 147g carbs, 24g fiber
