


Im going the low(er) carb and low(er) dairy diet due to a medication side affect causing stomach issues with carbs, dairy(ish) and greasy goods. I dont eat fish and steak is expensive. So that leaves me with chicken but im still finding it hard to add protein without going over my calories. Im on day 3 right now. I added a protein powder to my morning smoothie (coffee, banana, protein powder, and a bit of almond milk). I typically eat the same foods over and over again.
