
Is this the #1 more nutritionally sound meal I've had ? No. But it gets the job done when I know I've had a bit more for breakfast/will have for dinner. Itsu steamed vegetable dumplings are just 234kcal and the 55g of kimchi is 16kcal (this is Eaten Alive White Cabbage version, a little bougie but I splurged and all kimchi is going to be low calorie). Hopes this helps someone find a more convenient option as you can't get most fancy low calorie things in the UK if you aren't living in like. Central London.
