Minced beef stir fry pasta. Since I’m on a diet, I used whole wheat pasta instead.

For anyone who wants the recipe

    1. Brown the meat

    2. Sauté the onions and bell peppers for about 4 minutes

    3. Remove the onions and bell peppers and add the minced beef back to the pan

    4. Then add about a tablespoon of tomato paste with a little water to avoid the meat and tomato paste burning

    5. Then add a table spoon of dark soy sauce, as much paprika as you want, 2 teaspoons of msg, a teaspoon of garlic powder and 2 teaspoons of yaji (yaji is a Nigerian spice made with peanuts and some other spices. Be careful with it though, as it’s very very spicy if you don’t have a high spice tolerance).

    6. Then mix it all together. Add a little more water if it’s too dry. Or even better, if you saved a little pasta water add that instead.

    7. Then add the pasta and stir it all together. Then let it simmer for about 3 minutes.

I want to say everything about “stir fried pasta” sounds wrong, but that looks absolutely right, god damn.
