  1. Is high end dining just turning everything into a mousse or pâté or gelatin now? Not hating these are beautiful art. But I feel like we’ve regressed to the 50s cook book lol.

  3. Makes me think of something my mother used to make when I was a kid. Church windows – mini marshmallows rolled in melted chocolate, chilled and sliced. A treat as a kid, borderline disgusting as an adult.

  4. They’re beautiful, but I feel like it’d be better if the portion sizes were bigger.
