Sauce is the Binging with Babish Crab Bisque but I subbed shrimp. Left out the cream didn’t need it. Lobster was from Costco I paid $5.56 a tail and used two. The sauce was enough for two fettuccines and enough for two shrimp bisque tomorrow. I had everything on hand for the sauce but I’d estimate it to cost around $5 total. Pasta was eggs and flour maybe cost a dollar. $17 total for all that food no bad at all.

    Costco had monkfish near me recently and could cut that cost per meal down even more, but I don’t know if it was a national product or just on the east coast
