    I could not eat that much red meat and be healthy but I think the fact that you are eating whole foods and not a bunch of bullshit is super healthy. Whole foods go a long way in preventative maintenance for your body!

    I think you’re trying to eat healthy but the there are ways to improve:
    – eating more green, leafy vegetables
    – fruits don’t replace vegetables but fruits are definitely important as well
    – reduce your intake of pre-processed food

    What is it with a certain group of people with putting honey and fruits with their food. Sometimes in different bowls but often times right on their food, it’s angering me

  4. You can’t tell if you eat healthy from a photo of one meal. No such thing food that is just a certain thing you shouldn’t eat very often. Bacon every now and again as part of an otherwise healthy diet is perfectly fine. Same with red meat. Same with an occasional deli ham sandwich.
