Omg.. I just tried the Market Salad from Chick-fil-a and it was so good and im so FULL 😭.

I swapped the dressing for light italian and removed blue cheese and roasted almonds since I don’t like those. I also added sliced egg and roasted corn and made it 285 cals.

It’s hard to find meals that actually make me so full, especially something so convenient and that isn’t dinner. Still plenty of cals left in the day for breakfast, dinner, and snacks!!
