I love this salad so much, I eat it almost every other day. It's around 500 calories without the chicken here. Sometimes, I add some chicken chunks for the extra protein hehe. Otherwise, it's vegetarian friendly!

Ingredients:

· Tomato — 1.0 medium

· Boiled Potato — 1.0 medium

· Eggs, boiled — 2.0 medium

· Nigella Seeds — 1.5 tsp

· Onion — 1.0 medium

· Cucumber — 1.0 medium

· Boiled Chickpeas — 0.5 cup

· Parsley and Oregano

· Salt

· Red pepper flakes

· Black pepper

Total Calories: 489
