[Homemade] Charcoal Grilled Hickory Dogs Loaded with Hot Honey Bacon, Roasted Red Peppers, Jalapeños, Crispy Onions and Mexican Crema

Charcoal grilled these over hickory wood lump and let them pick up some smoke then loaded them with bacon brushed in hot honey, roasted red peppers, fresh jalapeños, homemade crispy fried onions and Mexican crema one has yellow mustard and the other has honey brown mustard, one picture is before I put the fried onions
