As we all know, finding the impossible ground sausage is well…impossible.

I’m making Nora’s vegan biscuits and gravy for book club and wondering if anyone has a good recipe to replace this. Her notes mention Gardein ground or field roast. I also saw that fennel + sage + garlic + red pepper flakes is the winning seasoning combo.

I would love to hear what y’all have tried!
