My wife absolutely nailed this one using the Sip and Feast Cookbook. Perfectly pan-fried cutlets finished with that classic lemony sauce and fresh parsley. Simple, clean, and straight-up restaurant quality right at home.

Safe to say this is getting added to the regular rotation real quick 👌🇮🇹
