1. NY strip with a dijon, shallot, whie wine pan sauce. Mashed potato fries and green beans
2. Crispy chicken tinga tacos with cheese + lettuce. Roasted salsa, guacamole, and chipotle crema on the side.
3. NY strip, jasmine rice, sweet corn, sauteed onions + garlic. Sauce is soy sauce, oyster, grated garlic, little bit of honey, sake, and butt load of freshly cracked pepper.
4. Chicken katsu curry with jasmine rice. Served with a couple of gyozas, cabbage, and radishes
5. Spatchcock chicken on charcoal grill, garlicky dill yogurt sauce, garlic green beans, roasted potatoes + arugula salad topped with goat cheese.
6. Leftover spatchcock bones + meat turned into a lemon chicken orzo soup. Served with no knead bread and butter.
7. Fridge clean out salad. Spring mix, radicchio, chicken thighs, roasted peppers/onions/corn, black beans, green olives, scallions, feta, pepperoncini. Dressing was aji verde, pepperoncini juice, olive oil, grated garlic, dill + parsley.
