
One block extra firm tofu, drained

2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp turmeric
1.5 tbsp vegan butter
