    That looks delish! Did you bake the tempeh yourself or do anything in particular to it? I’m sort of intimidated by tempeh and this made me curious about your approach because of how good this looks!

    This looks amazing and completely up my alley. What works best for me is high protein/calorie and volume/calorie so this is exactly what I need! (That fat from the avocado is helpful to me too!)
