Bean bangers

420g kidney beans
100g cooked rice
80g cornstarch
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp yeast extract

Spice mix:
white and black pepper 1/2 tsp each.
Garlic and onion 1tsp each.
Sweet paprika 1/2 tsp
MSG 1tsp

Blend into a paste and roll in clingfilm and then wrap in tinfoil.
Add to a pan of water on a rolling boil for 30 mins.
Allow to cool the refrigerate for at least 1 hour hut better for longer.

Pan fry to finish.
