Bake tomatoes, seasonings, and salmon at 425°F for 13 min (I took a couple minutes to take it out of the oven and the salmon turned out a touch overdone for my preference). Mash up tomatoes and toss in pasta. Ngl to yall I ended up tracking a whole oz of the parm and I snacked on it on the side

It’s pretty rustic and simple, but oh so tasty and satisfying
