  1. It makes me laugh when people complain that it’s never enough food. They’ve clearly never been to a Michelin * restaurant.

You have so much food because of the sheer amount of courses. If you aren’t full, I’m sorry, but you are fat and gluttonous.

  2. Wow! Looks amazing! Love the plating and some of the coloring and glistening in the food makes my mouth water!! Do you have a list of the menu or better yet, description of each photo? I’d love to know what exactly I am seeing!

This looks amazing. There have been a few posts recently that have me like, uhhhh. But this looks phenomenal.

  4. The meat looks good but not sure what else I’m looking at.

Lmao food snobs kill me 🤣. Instead of educating let the downvotes commence

I get that it adds up because they give you seventy-twelve courses, but the single bite of food on a gigantic plate makes it look ridiculous.

This looks awesome. I absolutely loved the food scene in Mexico city! Would absolutely love to go back!

Agree—looks like I’d be hitting up Taco Bell on the way home. Beautiful plates, but it’s all for show.

Looks amazing! I adore elevated Mexican. Can you tell me a bit more about that sushi cannoli looking dish? What was the round part? Super thin fried flour tortilla perhaps?

Looks amazing. I’m curious about what each plate is! I ate at a restaurant that is in the michelin guide (no star but still high end for me) for the first time a few months back, and the flavors blew me away. I’d love to check out the place you went to!

I like 10 portion meals. But it seems like anyone who does this get a star. Not saying this doesn’t look fantastic, but ive had some real mid Michelin star meals simply because of plating styles

Loved Quintonil! I found the service and food were excellent when i visited a few years back, a much nicer experience than Pujol for us. Wonderful pictures, thank you for sharing!!

This all looks pretty tasty, though I can’t tell what many of them are. But man, these comments… capitalism has people thinking that food is for something other than the body being satiated and replenished of energy.

If you have the money to “experience” the Michelin stars, all power to you. But let’s not pretend that food portions aren’t supposed to fill you when you eat, and let’s not pretend that EVERY business isn’t trying to make money out of you. Come on.

Looks delicious. Assume you’re eating at a chefs tasting bar? Also that stone of that counter is amazing.
