I was searching for a low calorie pesto recipe, and found this one from one of our very own /u/fitbymindy!
Mindy – This came out incredible! I took out what we are using for our vodka sauce chicken cutlet sandwiches tomorrow, and I made a pesto cream pasta for my husband. Photos are before he chopped and added a whole rotisserie chicken.
