

Yesterday me and my wife celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a nice tofu roast.
It marinated in a paprika/miso/soysauce/coriander sauce for a few hours, and then I baked it.
The onion is baked too, but in parchment paper.
The gravy it’s made of Guinness, marmite, a bit of coriander and a spoon of bisto.
What do you think about that?
