TL;DR Boston's rising fine dining star impresses me after flopping 3 months ago.
I was there 3 months ago and it was apparent from everything there that they were gunning for 1 star. Alas, there were dishes that had intense flavor clashes (mango and mustard cod) and some service hiccups. My fiancée's mom was very excited to go, so off we went.
