


Okay, let me preface this by saying I know this is a bit of a higher-calorie meal. HOWEVER, I personally like having a smaller breakfast (around 250 calories) and lunch (under 400), so I can enjoy a bigger dinner (around 600).
I saw these burger smash tacos on TikTok the other day and they looked so good, so I obviously had to try them. A lot of people in the comments were saying they’d be starving if they only had one for dinner, but honestly… I had mine with a side salad and some roasted potatoes and I was FULL.
If you want to lower the calories, you could:
– Skip or reduce the potatoes
– Remove the bacon (it’s only ~24 calories though, so I’m keeping it every time lol)
– Use less cheese
