I usually aim for 120 or more grams of protein but I don’t obsess over it. There’s not much fiber in these pictures, but I hit my fiber goal by taking Metamucil.

• Core Power shake — 150 kcal, 26g protein 💪

🥪 Lunch/Dinner

• Chicken breast sandwich (100g chicken + bread) — \~315 kcal, \~36g protein

• SkinnyPop popcorn — 150 kcal, 2g protein 🍿
