I vastly prefer cream cheese to mascarpone. Bit more tangy, firm and refreshing and contrasts the sweetness and the coffee way better.

My mum does that, whenever I tell her “this and that” is my favourite food she will make it when I visit, but completely different so that it tastes nothing like my favourite food.
