    Slowly re-heat the leftover queso in a saucepan. Mix with freshly-cooked white rice in a parchment-lined baking dish. Mix well. Add in frozen broccoli. Mix again. Top with Costco par-cooked bacon slices. Bake at 400, covered, for about an hour to heat everything thouroughly. Uncover, and crank heat to 450 to crisp everything up. Upon service, garnish with Whole Foods “mild” salsa verde (which I got for half off due to expiration date, and which is not mild at all; very hot). Serve with salted and peppered tomato, and enjoy.
