They were harder to find in my city 10 years ago when I started using them but they are amazing. I like to use it in fajita marinade.

Take some of the chipotle in adobo and toss it in a blender or processor w lime juice salt quite a bit of honey and some olive oil. Baste salmon with it when you grill it. Absolutely amazing.

I make a chipotle flavored salad dressing with them using nonfat greek yoghurt, olive oil, garlic and lime juice. We don’t buy salad dressing anymore, this is my family’s favorite dressing.

I love to use them in chili.
