Instagram recipe inspired, Lidl pasta and a garlic bread slice, looking very glamorous for the photograph. Delicious and simple.
I cooked 4 onions down with a little sugar, then added a splash of red wine a stock cube with some of the pasta water to make a thick sauce and added the pasta.
The garlic bread slice has vegan Sacla cheese sauce on it and was air fried. A very tasty mid week meal 🌟
