Not quite a “full” English (I’ve yet to like black pudding) but this is how I like it! Felt great that everything except the eggs and beans was done on one tray in the oven. Perfect for lazy weekend mornings.
The eggs and the beans are touching. You should use the sausage as a sort of breakwater.
But I’m nit-picking. On the whole, a very good effort .
