I always discard a good portion of the oil in vinaigrette type dressings (usually it’s NOt olive oil) to cut more cals. This dressing is great, btw. by mysillyyum 1200 Calorie 1200 Calorie Diet 1200 Calorie Meal Plan 1200 Kcals 1200 Kcals a day 1200 Kcals per day 1200 Kilocalorie 1200 Kilocalorie a day 1200 Kilocalorie per day 1200isplenty
MortalKombat12 on March 13, 2026 10:01 pm I use that dressing and cut it with extra vinegar. Hits the spot.
awongbat on March 13, 2026 10:04 pm I never thought to do that. I guess I want the oil because fat is satisfying. I’d rather pass on the cheese or croutons.
jadejazzkayla on March 13, 2026 10:09 pm My whole family’s favorite and has been for many years. We find it better than the full fat version of the same brand.
kittywyeth on March 13, 2026 10:17 pm ken’s lite caesar is elite. i got hooked on it during a long hospital stay where i ordered the chicken caesar salad twice a day.
Trick_Peach on March 13, 2026 11:12 pm I pour out the oil part of the dressing also. It makes the dressing more flavorful imo.
radish_is_rad-ish on March 14, 2026 2:40 am I’ve only ever tried the creamy Caesar. I wonder how this compares flavor-wise. Might be worth saving a few calories if they’re similar.
JuJu081316 on March 14, 2026 3:45 am I love this one but it’s hard to find. I get the Lite Northern Italian when I can’t find it.
