Hi guys this is my first post here but recently I’ve been trying to lose some weight and I made this little mixture of things and ended up really enjoying it. I whip up a big batch that makes 5 equal portions for the week.
Recipe:
•3/5 large tub of Fage fat free yogurt (2.25 cups)
•4 scoops of Gold Standard French Vanilla Crème protein powder
•5 scoops of Naked PB peanut butter powder
•1.33 cups of Alpen Museli (oats, nuts, and raisins)
•1/8 cup of chia seeds
•1 cup of Fairlife skim milk
Mix together and portion into 1 cup sized dishes.
Each dish should end up about 390g on a kitchen scale.
Eat the first portion at least 6 hours later to let the oats soften.
