Breakfast: Overnight oats, with "macchiato" flavored skyr, salted caramel protein powder, cinnamon and some banana (284)

Snack: Box of veggies and pieces of kitkat (238) Im generally sugar-free but really wanted to try this flavor, unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations u_u

Lunch: Baked rainbow trout with miso glaze & veggies (300) miso glaze was delicious, I added a bit too much soy sauce so I added some onion&garlic powder to thicken it. It was a little much so I mixed the remainder into the veggies.

"Dinner": Ricecakes with mozzarella and tomatoes + salad (232), with basil and oregano.

Dessert: Iced strawberry smoothie (132) with cinnamon and a very generous amount of sweetener

Total macros for the day: 151C, 79P, 29F

    And grr on the KitKat! Nothing worse than getting excited for a sweet treat that’s not worth the calories 😭

  2. Your breakfast is almost exactly identical to mine. Oats + protein powder + banana. Very filling!
