Picked up some Branzino from Costco and seasoned with Peruvian sea salt and garlic butter. Literally chopped up a bunch of garlic and spread it on with butter. Finally I put some lemon and green onion. I grilled the fish on the big green egg for about 5 minutes a side (high heat). Finished with a bit more salt and raw green onion. This was amazing
