before you read this thinking im advocating for this, i am going to absolutely tell you the COMPLETE opposite. i did this purely out of curiosity and this is a plan i frankly believe absolutely no one should follow it if they want to keep their sanity. its all based on what cronometer gave me trust me, and its all on a what if (quality level 100%)
the stats at the end might be off but it definitely is going to cost less than $50
*some stats were adjusted such as calcium, which is 850 fitted for outside the US and this plan is not the cheapEST, but its cheap (5 dollars or less per day probablyy i dunno)
**if it is 90% or above, i count it as complete. also some nutrients like vitamin E i dont exactly count because the research proving it is extremely dated and unreliable, plus whens the last time you heard someone have a vitamin e deficiency
***it does not acknowledge for stuff that is inherently “bad” like added sugars and sat fat. they aren't exactly horribly bad in this but it still is of note
****macro counters are kind of obsolete i just chose numbers that would fit the usual person my bad if it doesnt fit for you
i really hope i did not miss anything and this gets deleted if it does then oh well
