


Breakfast – two eggs on whole bread with low fat lurpak and half a slice of cheddar – 450cals ish
Lunch – pulled beef with mash potato – 400cals ish
Dinner – homemade whole focaccia with air fried chicken breast and slow cooked caramelised onions. Spread is low fat Greek yoghurt with lemon and herbs on one slice and yoghurt with lime juice on the other. Also had the onions with some air fried parsnip. 525cals ish
Not in photos – milbona low fat greek style yoghurt – 64cals
I’m saying ish for my calories because there will always be variation even with precise measurements. 🙂

How did you make the pulled beef? Looks delicious!
