Looks right, but french onion soup mostly all look alike and can only be compared by tasting it. It’s always my go to appetizer when a I try a restaurant for the first time and they have it on the menu, make it my first impression. Sadly often too much bread, not enough onion, or bland gruyère cheese…
What cheese did you use? When I make my own I personally love a good aged sharp cheddar but it’s not standard I guess
