
Looking up Nisha's recipe for lentil bolognese and she uses a lot of tomatoes in it, a full tube of tomatoes (150g) and 400 g of crushed tomatoes. To me it seems like too much tomatoes. The internet says bolognese is a 'meat' forward dish but hers have way too much tomatoes compared to lentils + walnuts. Also i cant access tomato paste where i live either. How would you modify this dish?
