  1. French bread freshly baked as well. I used **King Arthur Baking “Everyday French Loaf”** recipe. I split the dough into 4 instead of 2.

Roasted garlic butter: x2 heads of roasted garlic, 1 stick of kerrygold butter, garlic powder, kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, freshly chopped parsley, freshly grated parmesan, pinch of cayenne pepper, and lemon zest. — *I split half of the butter and mix a spoonful of Frank’s Red Hot + ranch powder for this dinner.*

Toppings: Garlic butter, provolone, mozzarella, chopped up chicken thighs, red onion, green onion, and parmesan.

Split bread in half, smear garlic butter edge to edge. Toast in a 400F oven for 10-15 mins. Or until it’s golden and toasty. Top with cheese, chicken, and red onion. Bake until cheese is melted. Drizzle a little more buffalo sauce, parmesan, and green onions.

Salad dressing: Red wing vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, grated garlic clove, small amount of honey, lemon juice, little bit of dijon.

That bread looks like cartoon bread! I’ll have to try the recipe, love King Arthur they haven’t failed me yet.
