Easy dinners this week – Sunday Night, Chicken Parm + Ziti. Tuesday Night, Buffalo/Garlic Parm Wings + Coleslaw – Wednesday, Beef Bulgogi with Brussels Sprouts + Rice – Thursday Night, Smoked Sausage with Potatoes, Peppers, and Onions.
This is the first time I’ve made shrimp, so I made something simple with some potatoes. They turned out delicious
rotisserie chicken with onion cooked down for 4 hours then strained to broth, then made matzo balls and bbq salmon bites!
