






my hyperfixation meal for the past few weeks. easy to prep. i really just cut up the vegetables, mixed it with the sauce in a tall container and refrigerate and i have three meals prepared. just top it with boiled chicken (i honestly don't season mine because it soaks up the sauce) and some peanuts for extra crunch and taste (you can opt this out or swap for lesser calories). i also black beans if i have some.
i definitely could use more work on the presentation but eh who cares, i'll just mix it up anyway.
send the first pic to my mother and she taught it looks like leftovers… but in a good way i guess 😆
