    Looks great! How did it taste? I’ve never made seitan before but this is the year! Was it difficult?

    If you’re doing it on the regular add in a legume-derived protein source, ie soy or pea protein. Seitan is great but wheat doesn’t have meaningful amounts of lysine = not a complete protein source.

  5. This looks so good! Would I get a similar result with vital wheat gluten? That’s what I have.
