– 3 Bananas, ripened

– 180 g vital wheat gluten

– 2 tbsp Water

– 1 tbsp vanilla extract

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 0.5 tsp baking soda

– 0.5 tsp salt

– 0.5 tsp cinnamon

– 0.13 tsp nutmeg

– 1.5 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Ingredients

Combine wet ingredients in a bowl. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients using a spatula. Mix until you have a dough like consistency.
