


I’m posting this here because I feel like I’m going crazy. I feel like it’s so much noodles for so little cal.
Granted, they are wheat noodles and miso soup is insanely low cal. But each pack comes with 2 servings of these noodle circles + insant miso and idk I feel like those are a LOT of noodles and I’m suspicious.
I’ve read it a thousand times and i’m sure that if it says that the kit has 2 servings, then if you make the entire kit thats 110 kcal. But i want to make sure that they’re not lying or something before i make this my staple.
I need to know!! Are they lying? is this actually only 110kcal. When i made it it looked lowkey huge
