


Super simple! Tossed paprika-seasoned pumpkin in the air fryer, then I chucked some canned onion & tomatoes in a pot on low heat together with the canned mushrooms and noodles.
When that was simmering, I took half a packet of instant chicken noodle soup, mixed it with a cup of boiling water and threw that in the pot too. Seasoned the shit out of it with chicken spice and black pepper. Threw in my spinach. Covered with a lid and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Top with your pumpkin, eat and be FULL. 🐷
