  1. Question is how many layers did you do of the dumpling wrappers? Have made these before and it’s hard to only eat a little 😂

Woah Woah how could you tell us this thing exists and not post a recipe

  4. Add layers of Napa cabbage and other veggies to make it more filling and get your fiber. Bone broth and collagen powder for extra protein

  5. I have been wanting to make this!! I didn’t even think about it being lower in calories, bonus!!

this looks SOO good. I love love love dumplings, and I cannot wait to try this out. Also happened to be very hungry at the moment, which might explain my enthusiasm 🙂

Pro-tip: you can make wonton lasagna in a cupcake pan and it makes little individual portions. I’ve been doing it since high school. Super yummy.

You could lower the calories even further by using lettuce cups or wrap instead of wontons.

wow i misread this as “dumping” lasagna and i was wondering why it had such a horrid name and look to match. but now knowing it’s a dumpling, it’s not so bad

if i’m reading this correctly, the recipe swaps traditional lasagna sheets for wonton wrappers? that’s a *great* idea. i’ve been craving lasagna!

Mine turned out dried out on top. The water bath thing was confusing. I subbed ground chicken instead of ground pork for 350 calories for 1/4 of the dish. I followed an all recipes recipe too. I wanted the chili crisp but didn’t realize it was so high calorie.

Damn it was that low cal? I would’ve eaten half the sheet I assumed it would be way more

After we made 200+ dumplings from scratch for Chinese New Year, I told my parents about this recipe. They were impressed by the ingenuity lol. “White people can’t fold dumplings, makes sense!”

Edit: To clarify, I can’t fold dumplings to their standards either.

  15. Omg i made this just a few days ago! Made mine w plant based wonton wrappers and ground turkey instead of chicken or pork, super yummy and will def be doing again!
