    The sear on this was pretty much perfect. the onions were really well done and the chimichurri on the side was a great touch.

  2. That looks like a skirt steak, not a picanha. Picanhas have a thick fat cap, and skirts are long and thin like you have here. Still looks delicious

  3. Your outer skirt steak looks great, maybe it’s sprinkled with picanha flavoring? hahahah

    yeah that’s absolutely outside Skirt steak. but still a very flavorful cut surprised they didn’t cut it against the grain for your since you want to cut it long ways
