The sear on this was pretty much perfect. the onions were really well done and the chimichurri on the side was a great touch.

That looks like a skirt steak, not a picanha. Picanhas have a thick fat cap, and skirts are long and thin like you have here. Still looks delicious

yeah that’s absolutely outside Skirt steak. but still a very flavorful cut surprised they didn’t cut it against the grain for your since you want to cut it long ways
